It is with profound sadness that we share the news that our friend and volunteer of more than 20 years, Gary Tipping, has passed away.
Gary’s contribution to the PCD community is immeasurable. If you’ve ever worn a PCD Support UK T-shirt, carried one of our tote bags or joined us at one of our events, there is a good chance Gary was involved behind the scenes in making it happen.
Outside of his work with the PCD community, Gary was a passionate car enthusiast, often to be found in his garage working on rare models, and he also ran a small Americana record label with his sons, with whom he shared a passion for music.
Together with his wife, Myra, Gary helped shape PCD Support UK into the charity it is today. We will miss his good humour, openness, generosity and constant positivity enormously.
Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Myra, Gary’s sons, and all his family and friends.
