It can be difficult to do physio with a hangover just because of that groggy feeling. However, if I know before hand that I’m going out for a night, I try to do both sessions of physio earlier in the day so I can get them out the way before going out.

t is important that if you follow the government recommended limits for drinking.

Also check that the medication you take is not affected by alcohol.

If you are going on a night out try and do your physiotherapy session before you go.
